Refund & Cancellation Policy
Credora Technologies OPC Pvt Ltd · Last updated: 3 July 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all payments made to Credora Technologies OPC Pvt Ltd (“Credora”, “we”, “us”, “our”) for any of our platforms, products, subscriptions, or services (collectively, the “Services”). By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.
1. No Refunds
All fees, charges, and payments for the Services—whether one-time, recurring, subscription-based, or otherwise—are non-refundable in full. This includes, without limitation, situations where:
- you decide you no longer need or want the Services;
- you did not use, or only partially used, the Services;
- you disagree with an outcome, report, verification, or result produced by the Services;
- your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions;
- the Services are modified, suspended, or discontinued at our discretion.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription or recurring service at any time by contacting support@credora.info. Cancellation will stop future billing from the next billing cycle onward. Cancellation does not entitle you to any refund of amounts already paid, and you will retain access to the paid Services only until the end of the current paid term.
3. Zero Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Credora shall bear zero liability for any loss, damage, or expense arising from your purchase, non-use, or cancellation of the Services, or from your inability to obtain a refund under this Policy. Nothing in this Policy shall be construed to create any obligation on Credora to provide a refund beyond what is strictly mandated by law.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
As all sales are final, we request that you contact us at support@credora.info before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks initiated in breach of this Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account and may be contested by us with the relevant payment provider.
5. Statutory Rights
This Policy does not affect any refund rights that cannot be waived or excluded under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Where a refund is legally required, it will be limited strictly to the extent so required and processed to the original payment method within the timeline prescribed by law.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy at any time by posting the revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
